Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at gaper.shop. We want your large dogs to love their new beds as much as we do. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your dog bed must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Free of pet hair, odors, or stains.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please contact us at support@gaper.shop.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@gaper.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Dog beds that show signs of use, including pet hair or biological scents.
  • Beds that have been washed.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to the large size of our dog beds, please be aware that return shipping costs may be significant.
